What we do.

AI models learn real work from the records real work leaves behind: the threads, tickets, documents, spreadsheets and system histories that show a problem, the evidence, the decision, the corrections and the outcome. Almost all of it sits inside private companies, and almost none of it can be licensed until the rights and the personal data are dealt with.

We source that data from established companies and deliver it cleared. The authority to license it is confirmed, competing rights are checked, sensitive and personal information is excluded, and every record is de-identified inside the company's environment before extraction, with the links between records kept intact.

Operating records

Email and chat threads, tickets, documents, spreadsheets, CRM and system histories that show complete workflows from start to finish.

Rights cleared

Signing authority, ownership, client contracts, confidentiality terms and third-party licences checked, with the permitted uses set out in writing.

De-identified on premises

Personal, sensitive and third-party information removed inside the company's own systems, with the same person, company or case linked consistently across every source.

Training, evaluation and enterprise use

Data to train models, held-out cases to test them, and maintained datasets for enterprise AI, each licensed for its stated use.

How it works.

  1. RequirementYou set out the workflows, record types, languages, volumes and permitted uses you need.
  2. SourceWe identify companies holding that data and agree terms with each one directly.
  3. ClearRights confirmed, sensitive information excluded and records de-identified inside the company's environment.
  4. DeliverA representative sample first, then full delivery against agreed acceptance criteria, with recurring supply where the work continues.

Questions we are asked.

What data can you source?

Operating records from established companies across the economy: the communications, documents, tickets and system histories produced by day-to-day work. We source against your specification, including language, country, workflow and volume.

Is any personal or sensitive data included?

No. Personal, sensitive and third-party information is excluded or de-identified before any record leaves the company, and each delivery carries a report of what was removed and how.

Where does de-identification take place?

Inside the company's own environment, before extraction. Raw records do not leave the company.

What rights does the buyer receive?

The permitted uses are agreed per dataset and recorded in writing: training, fine-tuning, evaluation, retrieval or commercial deployment, together with any onward, retention and exclusivity terms.

Can we commission data to a specification?

Yes. Most engagements start from a buyer's requirement, which we translate into the companies, sources and acceptance criteria needed to meet it.

Do companies choose to take part?

Yes. Every dataset comes from a company that has chosen to license its own data, under its own signed agreement.
